Johor Port Berhad Organises “Masak Bubur Lambuk” With The Employees

In conjunction with the Muslim fasting month of Ramadhan, Johor Port Berhad (JPB) a member of MMC Group, hosted another meaningful event called ‘ Masak Bubur Lambuk’ to strengthen the bonding among the employees and JPB community on 7 June 2017 at its Port Safety and Security bay area.
The spirit of ‘Rewang Bubur Lambuk’ was strongly felt as over 70 employees both from Support staff and Management level gathered to cook up 6 kawah of savoury rice porridge as early as 9.00am. About 1,500 packets of bubur lambuk were distributed to the employees and Johor Port occupants including those in vehicles passing the JPB Security Checkpoint 1 and 2. Besides to share the joy of ‘Buka Puasa’ with the employees and its community, the effort is aim to enliven the month of Ramadhan by practicing the ‘Muhibbah’ spirit and establish a strong consensus among all involved.
This is one of many platforms for JPB to spread the values in dealing with social and community concerns, and carry out responsibility as a corporate organization that cares and working together to ensure the success of the objective for the community.
