Technical Capabilities:

- Availability of a minimum of twelve (12) prime movers (conventional lorries) equipped with 40ft trailers, all maintained in good operating condition.
- All drivers shall hold a valid Class “E” full licence and have at least two (2) years’ relevant driving experience.
- The contractor shall ensure adequate manpower backup/relief personnel to avoid service interruption.
- All personnel must be able to communicate in basic Bahasa Malaysia or English for effective operational coordination.
- Availability of own on-site maintenance team.
