| Requirement |
Technical Capabilities:
- Minimum of 5 years in providing similar Services.
- Availability of at least six (6) units of Empty Container Handler with a safe lifting capacity of 10 tons and able to stack the empty containers up to 6 tiers high.
- Availability of at least six (6) units of 7-ton heavy-duty forklifts attached with extended forks with a safe lifting capacity of 2.5 tons and able to stack the empty containers up to 3 tiers high.
- All equipment shall be maximum of 3 years age.
- Availability of competent equipment operators with relevant license or certificates.

- Paid-up Capital of RM50,000 & above
