| Requirement |
: Technical Capabilities:
i. Minimum of 5 years in providing similar Services.
ii. Availability of at least six (6) units of Empty Container Handler with a safe lifting capacity of 10 tons and able to stack the empty containers
up to 6 tiers high.
iii. Availability of at least six (6) units of 10-ton heavy-duty forklifts attached with extended forks with a safe lifting capacity of 8 tons and able to stack the empty containers up to 5 tiers high.
iv. All equipment shall be maximum of 3 years age.
v. Availability of competent equipment operators with relevant license or certificates.
Financial Capabilities:
i. Paid-up Capital of RM50,000 and above
