Technical Capabilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing similar Services or in handling heavy machinery.
- Registered with Johor Port Authority and have a valid license for the Services.
- Availability of sufficient manpower and related machinery (shovels, excavators, low loaders, bulldozers, etc.) to perform the Services.
Financial Capabilities:
- Paid-up Capital of RM50,000 & above
- Strong Financial Capabilities
