YBhg Datuk Ooi Teik Huat  

Datuk Ooi Teik Huat, Malaysian, was appointed to the Board of the Company on 15 January 1999. Datuk Ooi is the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Datuk Ooi holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia in 1984 and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and CPA Australia.

Datuk Ooi began his career with Messrs Hew & Co., Chartered Accountants before joining Malaysian International Merchant Bankers Berhad. He subsequently joined Pengkalan Securities Sdn Bhd as Head of Corporate Finance, before leaving to set up Meridian Solutions Sdn Bhd where he is presently a director.

Datuk Ooi also sits on the Board of MMC Corporation Berhad, Tradewinds (M) Berhad, Tradewinds Plantation Berhad, DRB-HICOM Berhad, Zelan Berhad, Malakoff Corporation Berhad, Gas Malaysia Berhad, MARDEC Berhad, Padiberas Nasional Berhad, Tradewinds Corporation Berhad and several private limited companies.

YBhg Dato’ Razali bin Mohamad  

Dato’ Razali Mohamad was appointed to the Board of the Company on 2 May 2023.

Dato’ Razali holds Bachelor of Science (Fisheries) from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia and Master of Arts (Economics Development) from Vanderbilt University, United States of America.

Dato’ Razali was appointed as the Deputy Secretary-General of Ministry of Transport (MOT) on 4 January 2021. Prior to his appointment in MOT, Dato’ Razali held several positions within the Ministry of Finance (MOF) under the National Budget Office from 2011 until 2021. Among the position held were Senior Deputy Director (Public Works, safety Sector, Infrastructure & Public Facilities Unit), Head of Section Budget Policy, Deputy Director of Budget (Policy) and Senior Deputy Director of Budget (Policy).

Before that, Dato’ Razali was an Assistant Officer at the department of Fisheries Malaysia in 1995. Later, he was attached to the Public Service Department from 2008 until 2011 and at the Prime Minister’s Office Economic Planning Unit under the Distribution Section from 2007 until 2008 as Head Deputy Director. From 1998 until 2008, he was attached to the Agriculture Section as Deputy Director.

Dato' Razali is the President of MOT Sports & Welfare Club, Committee Member of the Olympic Council of Malaysia & Malaysia Aviation Commission (MAVCOM). In addition, he has been a member of the Finance and Management Committee, Football Association of Malaysia from 2017 to 2021. Dato' Razali currently sits on the Boards for PRASARANA Malaysia Berhad, KTMB & RTS Operations PTE. LTD.

Encik Mohd Rashdan Abdul Razak  

Mohd Rashdan Abdul Razak was appointed to the Board of the Company on 22 February 2023.

Mohd Rashdan holds a Master of Business Administration (International Business) from University Malaya. He graduated from Ibaraki University, Japan in Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronic) and has a Diploma in Public Administration from Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN), as well as a Certificate in International Studies from University of Bath, United Kingdom.

Mohd Rashdan started his career as a Research and Development Engineer in Japan and later in Malaysia before he joined the Public Service Department as an Assistant Secretary in the Electricity Supply Division of the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water.

He became the Senior Assistant Secretary in the International Relations Division of the Ministry of Higher Education and subsequently assigned to the Development Division in the same Ministry. Mohd Rashdan is currently the Principal Assistant Secretary in the Government Investment Companies Division of the Ministry of Finance.

Encik Badrulhisyam Fauzi  

Badrulhisyam Fauzi is the Group Chief Financial Officer of MMC Corporation Berhad. He joined the Group Managing Director’s Office of MMC on
11 July 2011 and subsequently became Head, Group Strategy before assuming current position effective 1 July 2020. Badrul started his career as an Investment Analyst in Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and was the Head of Analysts for global equity research team in the International Fund Management Department before joining MMC.

Badrul graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computing from Imperial College London and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder of the CFA Institute. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant being a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) as well as a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Badrul also sits on the boards of Johor Port Berhad, Kontena Nasional Berhad, Kramat Tin Dredging Berhad, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd and several private limited companies within MMC.
