Johor Port Berhad uses these logistics subsidiaries as an extension of its own services, thus offering an integrated comprehensive package to customers.
JP Logistics handles most of the internal logistics of Johor Port, but also has operations in the Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP). The company takes full advantage of its position in the two ports, bridging the logistics gap between them. JPL's external logistics operations are also rapidly expanding, further increasing the logistics footprint of Johor Port services to cover the whole nation.

Bernas Logistics is the logistics arm of national rice distributor Bernas. JPB holds a majority stake in the logistics support company, and utilises the company's expertise and resources to supplement the activities of JP Logistics Sdn Bhd.
SEAPORT WORLDWIDE SDN. BHD.
Seaport Worldwide has the sole purpose of marketing and developing a stretch of land into a Petrochemical and Maritime Industrial Park measuring 2,255 acres in Tanjung Bin, Pontian. While JPB is no stranger to land management due to its Free Zone Services, Seaport Worldwide is nevertheless a new frontier in the Company's business activities.
