JPB provides marine services for all vessel traffic going through the Johor Port waterfront.
Services include
- Pilotage within the Johor Port water limits
- Towage, berthing & unberthing
- Fresh water supply and bunkering
- Ship-to-ship transfer operations
- Lay-up facility
- Transshipment for damaged vessels (under the P&I club)
Marine Services
Johor Port provides excellent marine services for all vessel traffic going through its waterfront limit. Pilotage is compulsory for vessels exceeding 45m LOA entering or leaving the port water limits. Boarding point is at Lat. 01° 18.9' N, Long. 104° 07' E (1.95 nautical miles from Tanjung Stapa light beacon).
Apart from customary services such as tugboat services, bunkering, fresh water supply, Johor Port Marine also offer:
- Ship-to-ship transfer operations.
- Lay-up facility for vessels.
- Salvage operations for distressed vessels.
