Not many in the industry know that the world's single largest palm oil storage facility operates right within our Free Trade Zone. Together with a consortium of companies exporting palm oil, the facility establishes Johor Port as a major trans-shipment centre for all regional vegetable oils.

The palm oil is exported through two dedicated specialised twin berth jetty with a total berthing length of 657 metres and water depth of 11 metres for the outer berths and 10 metres depth for the inner berths. Together, the jetties can accommodate four vessels simultaneously with a maximum loading capacity of 1,000 tons per hour. The supporting tank farm has a holding capacity of 402,500 tonnes at any on time.
