Your access to and use of this website, the Free Zone Information System (FZIPS), the Marine Services System (MSS), the Container Terminal Management System (CTMS), Conventional Cargo Management System (CCMS) and the Vessel Clearance System (VCS) (collectively referred to as "the Systems") are subject to the following terms and conditions, Network User Agreement, Non-disclosure Agreement, Johor Port Berhad's (JPB) Terms and Conditions of Business and all applicable laws as the case may be. By accessing and using this website, you accept the following terms and conditions, and in the event you are cleared by JPB to access and use the FZIP, MSS, CTMS, CCMS and/or VCS, you are also bound by the Network User Agreement, Non-disclosure Agreement, JPB's Terms and Conditions of Business and all applicable laws without limitation or qualification.

2. JPB reserves the right to alter or amend the contents of the website and these terms at any instance without any prior notice to you and you are deemed to accept any such alterations and amendments that will occur at any instance. Please review these terms from time to time so that you will be apprised of any changes.

3. JPB has the copyright ownership and control of this website, the Systems and all the contents contained therein. No intellectual property right, including any copyright, trademark or license and/or any proprietary right shall be deemed to be implied or otherwise granted to any user over any of the contents of this website.

Any use of the contents on this website is prohibited, including, but not limited to, the rights to make copies or reproduce; to display in public or elsewhere; to distribute to any legal entities; to adapt, edit, modify, reformat or summarise; to transmit, download or upload or to otherwise publish or republish the same for any purposes whatsoever save and except the purpose of the user’s business in relation to the port business(es) of JPB.

JPB disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, timeliness, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material in the website.

All port and operational information shall reflect the information as it is available to the port at the time of posting and shall not include any such information which are not in the knowledge of or made available to the port which shall include any and all modifications alterations or variations whatsoever made by the other users not being made known to JPB and/or other relevant users, or disclosed to JPB and/or other relevant users on short notice. JPB disclaims any liabilities claims losses damages etc. whatsoever of the user(s) and from any parties arising from incompleteness or omission of material information as abovenoted.

8. All express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties as to satisfactory quality, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You understand and agree that any material accessed, downloaded, transmitted, shared, distributed or otherwise obtained through the use of the website is done at your own discretion and entire risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or deletions, mis-transmission, corruption or loss of data that results from the use of the system. You are advised to consult JPB for any possible adverse effects prior to the use of the Systems.

Under no circumstances shall JPB be liable to any user on account of that user's use or misuse of and/or reliance on the website save and except any damage or loss proven to be attributable to the fault of JPB. Such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages including without limitation, lost profits. Such limitation of liability shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of services or goods received through the use of the Systems or through any links provided in the website, as well as by reason of any information or advice received through or advertised on the website or received through any links provided in the website.

In overwhelming majority instances, including, but not limited to, the third party sites or hyperlinks, JPB has no control whatsoever over the content of such sites and is unable to monitor all such content.
