Datuk Mohd Sidik bin Shaik Osman |

Datuk Mohd Sidik Shaik Osman, Malaysian, aged 62, was appointed to the Board of Johor Port Berhad on 3 December 1999 and assumed the position of the Chairman on 3 March 2011. He is also a member of the Executive Committee.
Upon graduation in 1974, Datuk Mohd Sidik served as Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Trade & Industry until 1979 and was subsequently appointed Principal Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Transport (Port Division) in 1979, a position he served until 1987.
Whilst serving the Ministry of Transport, Datuk Mohd Sidik took study leave and obtained a Masters of Science (Maritime) degree from the World Maritime University, Sweden. He also holds a Bachelors of Social Science (Honours) (Economics degrees from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
Upon obtaining his Masters Degree in 1988, Datuk Mohd Sidik served as Secretary to the National Maritime Council, National Security Council and the Prime Minister's Department. Between 1992 and 1996, he was appointed as the Team Leader, Straits of Malacca Radar Project in the same department and later became Deputy Director General of the National Security Division, Prime Minister's Department.
Datuk Mohd Sidik left Government service to join Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn Bhd (PTP) in 1997 as its Chief Operating Officer. In 1998, he was appointed as Director of PTP and in the following year was promoted to Executive Director. He was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of PTP in January 2000 and assumed the post of Chairman in October 2005.
Datuk Mohd Sidik also sits on the Boards of MMC Corporation Berhad, SPJ Corporation Berhad and several private limited companies. He is also the Chairman of Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn. Bhd.

| Puan Hartini Binti Mohd Nasir |

Puan HartiniMohd Nasir, Malaysian, aged 37, was appointed to the Board of Johor Port Berhad on 25 March 2009.
Puan Hartini began her career as an Account Executive at Progressive Impact Corporation, Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Perak before joining the Ministry of Finance in the Social Sector.
Puan Hartini holds a Master's Degree in International Affairs from Waseda University, Japan and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from University of Malaya. She is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Puan Hartini is presently Principal Assistant Secretary in the Investment, MKC (INC.) and Privatisation Division of Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.

| Datuk Haji Hasni bin Harun |

Datuk Hj Hasni Harun, Malaysian, aged 54, was appointed to the Board of Johor Port Berhad on 11 April 2008. He is also a member of Executive Committee.
Datuk Hj Hasni held several senior positions in the Accountant General's Office from 1980 to 1994. He was the Senior General Manager of the Investment Department at the Employees Provident Fund from 1994 to 2001, and the Managing Director of RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd from 2001 until 2006.
He then joined DRB-HICOM Berhad as Group Chief Financial Officer and joined MMC as the Group Chief Operating Officer in January 2007 until February 2008. In March 2008, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer Malaysia prior to his appointment as theGroup Managing Director in May 2010.
Datuk Hj Hasni is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from United States International University, San Diego, California and a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) degree from University of Malaya.
Datuk Hj Hasni also sits on the Boards of IJM Corporation Berhad, Zelan Berhad, Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad, Malakoff Corporation Berhad, MMC Engineering Group Berhad and several private limited companies.

| Dato' Abdullah Yusuff bin Basiron |

Dato' Abdullah Yusuff Basiron, Malaysian, aged 53, was appointed to the Board of Johor Port Berhad on 3 October 2007.
Dato' Abdullah is the Under Secretary of Maritime Division at the Ministry of Transport. He started his career as the Assistant Secretary at the Ministry of Transport from 1983 to 1990 before he appointed to the post of Principal Assistant Secretary in the same Ministry. His current post is the Under Secretary of the Maritime Division of the Ministry.
Dato' Abdullah holds a Masters degree in General Maritime Administration from World Maritime University, Malmo, Sweden and a Bachelor Degree from University Malaya. He also holds a Certificate in Maritime Transport (Belgium).
Dato' Abdullah also sits on the board of several statutory bodies and other private limited companies. |

| Encik Ooi Teik Huat |

Encik Ooi Teik Huat, Malaysian, aged 51, was appointed to the Board of Johor Port Berhad on 15 January 1999.
Encik Ooi began his career with Messrs Hew & Co. (now known as Messrs Mazars), Chartered Accountants, before joining Malaysian International Merchant Bankers Berhad (now known as MIMB Investment Bank Berhad).
He subsequently joined Pengkalen Securities Sdn. Bhd. (now known as PM Securities Sdn. Bhd.) as Head of Corporate Finance, before leaving to set up Meridian Solutions Sdn. Bhd. where he is presently a director.
Encik Ooi is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and CPA Australia, and holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Monash University, Australia.
Encik Ooi also sits on the Boards of MMC Corporation Berhad, Tradewinds (M) Berhad, Tradewinds Plantation Berhad, DRB-HICOM Berhad and Zelan Berhad. |
